NJMP Motorsports Park garage condos are making progress!
Visited mine yesterday, really exciting. These make so much more sense than the 'luxury' condos they built: 1300sf, but bath and sleeping loft so you can stay there. Plenty of room for a shop, car storage, etc. Incredible perch for watching action on Thunderbolt.

I think 10-12? They are a much better bet than the condos due to broader uses eg I think one or two are owned by tuner businesses. I think anything on the property has it's own risks in that it's fate is tied to the fate of the track. But the track seems to be doing fine so I thought it was worth the plunge.

Making progress
Long hard winter slowed things down but pace now accelerating. Siding going up, floors getting poured. Mine will have an flush in-ground scissor lift in main bay. Can't wait! Member days at NJMP cancelled this weekend due to weather.

"We are requiring a 10% deposit to begin the process and to move into the agreement of sale. The level of taxes and association fees will be dependent on the size of the space. Depending on location the preliminary pre-construct cost will be $125 to $135 per square foot. The timeline of construction is anticipated to complete approximately May 2014."

Brandon, The garage looks awesome and I can only imagine the excitement as it becomes reality. It's going to be a real man cave. No reason to ever go home.
Any clue for how many units have been sold?

Visited the construction site today via Cessna 172 but forgot to take photos til departing. Space looks just awesome. Big delays with local zoning officials so I'm not expecting to be in tip August...
