The ones I use are from Home Depot and are similar. This headlight washer pump puts out a great stream 191-955-681-M44. Available from Pelican. You can get quick connects from McMaster Carr.

I looked at McMaster Carr and a few other places for couplings. In the end I got some samples (50BAC series) from LinkTech (http://www.linktechcouplings.com) which matched my needs.
