McLaren team manager Dave Redding gave Sky Sports interviewer Ted Kravitz exclusive access to the McLaren garage while the crew worked on driver Jenson Button's car. The video lasts just over 11 minutes and gives some pretty unique insight to the goings on inside of an F1 garage.

That's a great example of how optimized everything in F1 really is. They really do spend a tremendous amount of time and money trying to extract everything out of those things.
