Which PCA? I'd love to attend. The GGR is doing Laguna Seca the next weekend.

PCA San Diego Club Race & TT

Buttonwillow Double Crown

November 16-17
Buttonwillow Raceway Park
Turn back the clock, we will be running counterclockwise this year!

Join us for the Buttonwillow Double Crown Event on November 16-17 at Buttonwillow Raceway.

This will be the last PCA Club Race on the West Coast and a chance to earn championship points.

Club Races and Time Trial on Saturday and Sunday.

2 Sprint races and a 60 minute Enduro and the season Zone 8 Time Trial Champions will be crowned.

Buttonwillow is a great driver’s track and we expect beautiful fall weather in the Central Valley so sign up now.

I don't think there is going to be a Friday Test & Tune this year. GPX is busy with the PCA Escape and decided not to do it this year.
But we plan to have lots of track time on Saturday and Sunday

no test & tune before the event is going to make it real hard on outa-towners. RMAG and I may send rig/cars (we fly) from Virginia if he needs the points after the PCA CR at Carolina Motorsports Park this month...

I had to choose between Laguna Seca and buttonwillow.
I had a blast at buttonwillow and it's a great track but I haven't done Laguna Seca yet. Have fun, and watch out for the tweakers at the gas stations ;-)

Kormaster mentioned that they will have an open track day on Friday the 15th run by the folks at BW for $175 if they get at least 30 people (with the 1CCW configuration that PCA SD will run on Sat & Sun). I'm definitely interested in that to get familiar with that new configuration since 13CW and 1CW are what I really know.
