Certifiably badass...

I had the good fortune to drive an M6B 484 Chevy in 1970, the Great Western (Vic Francese) car from Watkins Glen, Ron Goldleaf, team driver. The power was incredible and the tires (70's technology) would spin under power at will in any gear.
It took at least five laps to get catch up to the car and another few to get ahead of it. Surprisingly, after that, it was not that much of a handful, although by modern car standards it was dreadful.

I had the opportunity to spend a weekend driving a very early McLaren can am car about 10 years ago at Roebling Road. It was definitely a life (and underwear) changing experience!
