There is news for anyone waiting to register for Nationals because they have an event in the interim and they are concerned with not being able to get a refund for Daytona should they need to cancel.

I have a commitment from PCA Event Chair: Allen Shirley, turbo91188@comcast.net, that a full refund will be granted for this event if cancellation is made by the driver in writing to him prior to the beginning of the event.
