Default RIP Speed Channel
On August 17, Fox-owned Speed Channel will rebrand as Fox Sports 1.

Now comes word that Fox-owned Fuel TV will rebrand as Fox Sports 2, also on Aug. 17.

I take it someone a FOX is not a racing fan, other than NASCAR. I guess we should have better understood what the SPEED2 advertisements meant when they said, "The future of motorsports entertainment", i.e. "We're not airing that racing crap anymore." All I can say is they will be getting much less of my overall view time now.

I cancelled once Formula 1 moved away. I did miss seeing LeMans though.

Yeah. Still sucks, though.

I guess Velocity exists now, but I wish they'd carry more racing than just car shows.
