Webber - screwed by the team again.

Good to see that the team finally straightened out his car's start issue, but they found a new and different way to screw him.

Congrats to the Aussie for another good drive from the back.

Massa looked to have a mechanical.....for his sake I hope so.

Red Bull are going to have to be disciplined after they let Webber leave the pit and have his rear wheel come flying off and hit the pit lane camera man.......so fortunate he wasnt seriously hut.

Great dual strategy from Lotus which almost paid off.....Seb won narrowly showing the other cars are very close.

Pretty exiting race, close racing and finish. Congrats to Vettel, must be nice to get a home win.

Good job from Lotus although it seemed Gro should've let Kimi by 1-2 laps earlier. Kimi getting stuck behind Hammy made more of a difference though. I thought they'd stay out until the end when others went for pit stops which Kimi said they were contemplating but decided to play it safe.

I also think Massa had mechanical, shame as he would've been most likely 5th after Alonso.

Darn it - it is all good - but I want KIMI to get up there . Heck if he does I might have to throw out some $$money$$ and go to Austin or even to Brazil .

I really enjoyed Marussia's new autopilot.

I'm also looking forward to Webber knocking down his pit crew like a bunch of bowling pins next race as payback. The dude abides motherf$&kers!

Why did Alonso pull over at the end? Out of gas? They didn't get an answer during the broadcast.

Another question for the experts... What does a F1 wheel & tire weigh? That cameraman took a hell of a shot from Webber's errant wheel.

Supposedly Alonso's gearbox for stuck in fifth.

Cameraman broke some ribs and his shoulder but otherwise OK. A wheel like that could easily kill someone.

He pulled over in order to ensure they had more than the minimum fuel in the tank for sample testing.
Massa allegedly had a 5th gear issue, but it was after driver error caused the spin. Alonso was perfect, as always.

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/108660

Alonso started the final lap just over seven-tenths of a second behind Grosjean, but lapped over a second slower than the Lotus driver and then stopped on the slow-down lap.

But team principal Stefano Domenicali confirmed that these were unrelated and that Alonso had simply lost time on the final lap once he realised it was not possible to pass the Lotus.

"At the end, we stopped because we wanted to make sure that we had the fuel needed for the regulation [sample]," said Domenicali.

"The fact he was not able to catch [Grosjean] on the last lap was not connected to the fuel."

Any thing they say may have to be distilled with more than a few grains of salt .

How old wheel and tire combo that is?

Current wheel and tire combo is 12 kilos which still is very light (26 lbs).

BTW, just found out Grosjean was asked to let Kimi go by 3 laps earlier than what he did but he didn't "understand" the message earlier...

It was pretty clear in the broadcast.
