Well that was pretty 'effing stupid.
Checkout the driver's mad skillz in the last video, moron couldn't even do a standing start u-turn without spinning.
Damned lucky nobody got killed as luck was the only thing that prevented it.

According to the article, the event was on closed roads. Clearly spectator areas should have been more restricted and moved away from the course.
