Have you guys been over to the website lately? First it would not let me in for a couple of days after 'updating' my account. Now I can get in but can't find my own results. The link that took us to our individual results page appears to be gone. If I go to the practice page it shows my practice sessions from NOLA back in October but not my races and no other events are listed. Just that one.

Has anyone figured out how to navigate this disaster? It has all the makings of a Windows 'upgrade'.

Yes - they updated the site and really screwed it up. My login doesn't work either. Used the password reset function and I STILL couldn't login. They have a link on the change page which says click here if you are still having problems. Needless to say, that link doesn't work.

Annoying - its not that hard to port over data and even easier to actually test it. I do this stuff for a living and its annoying when I see sloppy work.

Well apparently they left the migration to us..

I am now able to login..

You need to go through the "Upgrade account" dialog. This will cause your old data to be moved over to their new site..

They will then send you a verification email, click on the URL to validate and you can then also update your profile if you wish. I did that and am now able to get in.

Not usually the best way to do it. But at least the upgrade process does work. New site is still buggy, but they are clearly making updates to it even now hour by hour.

Give it a couple of minutes. I also repeated the process twice. Not sure if that made it work or if the migration of data was slower than the confirmation. Still stupid. But it worked finally

I "upgraded" but it still won't display my results or show me current results. Hopefully they'll get their bleep together soon....

Can you guinea pigs let us know when the site works I'll wait with baited breath but I hope it works by the time the Lime Rock race is over.

I did the upgrade, but have not received the confirmation email. I wonder how long it takes to send an email.
