Shouldn't the boat be on the bottom?

If it floods, that Boxter is going to be a u-boat.

That does look like an amazingly good time, although I am not much of a boat person. Maybe use that space for some spare tires though. Also makes me wonder how he gets the boat down and into the water. Must be some sort of hoist I can't see.
