fwiw, just got an email from host club stating that susan was currently looking at the lists of entrants, figuring out who is in, who's not, but i presume its based on time of entry. apparently they are over-subscribed by about 70 registrants.
based on the 225 or so they will permit tto race, another 70 will be left out. and for frame of reference, that figure hit 12 minutes into registration.
so check your paypal stamps, etc. if not within the 12 minutes, you might be left out.

Already in, hope I get my PCA acceptance notice soon, need to book my support and my plane tix.
Are they really going to charge me 40 bucks to cancel the T&T if I don't make the PCA cut?

Knowing that I am outside the 225 window, anybody know if there is an outside chance that the size of the field at COTA could be expanded?

I registered in time and just gave up my spot as I will be unable to attend now.
So I am happy that someone else will now be able to attend in my place. Sort of.

I was outside the 225 and when I asked if they were going to allow more racers in, the organizers said that they were only going to have three race groups so they could accommodate two DE groups for local members from the three organizing regions. PCA and most individual tracks have a max number of cars per track-mile so I wouldn't hold my breath.
