Peter is right, it's very difficult if not impossible to build a car that will be a consistent winner in more than one class/sanctioning body. The car is primarily focused on PCA Prepared H with NASA GTS3 and POC GT4 as a secondary. I explained this in detail in post #57 of this thread:

All kidding aside you can't really use the word budget and racing in the same sentence.
This is an awesome car done right and the engine isn't overstressed like Randy's. Still you do need to decide which organizatio you want to run with and then get a car for the class. Yes vintage is fun but entry fees run much higher than the usual NASA, PCA, SCCA etc. groups.

With what I've seen so far, I'm leaning towards HSR and SVRA. That's where Randy and Zotz seem to be, so might as well follow them around.

This is a very well prepared 964. Like others have said, it's very hard to optimize a car for racing across multiple sanctioning bodies. It can be done with some vintage cars making them work in PCA GT classes and in HSR/SVRA. Tougher trying to make a competitive letter class car also work in NASA GTS unless you are willing to change the configuration between the races with each group. My E/F Carrera was good in PCA, but would not have been a good GTS2 car (at least in NASA Mid Atlantic which is dominated by E36 M3s).
