September 5, 2012 marked a historical day for sportscar racing in North America when the merger of GRAND-AM Road Racing and The American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron was announced. History will be made again as the new series name and logo will be unveiled Thursday March 14th during the Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh From Florida.
