I once ran a 1:13 at Willow. Then I woke up and had to change the sheets!

I won't try to tell you the lap time you should be running. But here's an instructional video I made that might help you go faster.

you're the first person I've ever heard say that!

and FWIW I'm in 2nd in T3 and T4, back into 3rd down the hill to T5. of course that's a 996 with 6 speeds and really long gearing (top of 2nd is ~70 mph, indicated). on street tires. maybe I can stay in 3rd when I switch to R1s or something similar. also it's a 3.4 so keeping it wound up the hill between 3 and 4 helps.

btw I love your track guide...I used it to learn Willow and have shared it with a lot of other Pcar guys

+1. I use it for a mental refresher.

Jack was kind enough and took me out for a session (sub 1:30s) a couple of years ago. What a ride!!!

Default Jack's Video is....

over the top, outstanding. I confess to have watched it at least 15X. Jack has turned a 1:28 in his 2,700 Lb (Car, Driver, Gas), approximately 250 HP 1972 911. This is the video you don't want your competition to view.

Even if the 302's are what many call too overweight (3600 lbs) I think the engineers made a very capable track/street car.
What I'm really not certain about, is how long they could last on the track as to compare a GT3 or even a 911. I know plenty of them are running tracks, but I haven't seen any feedback on durability yet.
