Von shocks are just relabeled Bilstein housings (a Sticker covers the engraved "Bilstein"). I got a set of Bilstein's from Clint at Rebel Racing.
http://rebelracingproducts.com/ you may want to check with him also.

So, this double adjustable Von is really "just" a Bilstein???

I'm not sure about the internals. But that blue sticker covers the Bilstein engraving. I'm sure Chuck has his magic in there. But since they are rebuildable, it could just be interchangeable internals. I'm sure they are just as good as the Bilsteins.

I have the single adjustable Bilsteins with the cool upper bearing collar. Since I don't have coilovers, mine did not need the spring perches. I could add them later if I ever wanted too.

Yeah I guess Clint doesn't bother to cover the Bilstein engraving with his sticker.

It looks like the difference between the two (besides possibly the valving), is that the Rebel Racing shock is "upside down" (thus requiring that clevis collar). And therefore the rebound adjustment is down low instead of on top in the engine compartment.

Yes- But Clint can make them anyway you want, upside down, right side up, Clevis or not. He asked how I wanted mine when he made them.

Clint is not trying to sell them as something else- He just says they are Bilsteins.

I have been using them since they were first offered as "Podium" shocks. they are not just rebranded Bilsteins, they are offered in several configurations including various adjustability, I have yet to seen adjustable Bilsteins though it seems some are shown above.

Bilstein shocks are awesome, and can be great if they are custom valved to your car. But I like an adjustable rear, for various track conditions/rain and for tuning the car. The Von Shocks were a good solution for me.

It looks like Elephant actually gives a small discount for the Von name.

Elephants's single adjustable rear "Vons" are $1000.
Rebel Racing's "Bilsteins" are $1100.

That's the non-adjustable Von "street" shocks.
