Default Hankook Z214 C71 Soft compound

Has anyone run the soft compound on the track? I have lots of experience with the C51 medium compound, but have never run the soft. Thinking of using them for qualifying and on cold/cool days (like I used to with Hoosier R6's).

Tim, I'd be curious too. Happy for any added info to be entered into another thread I'm running in context.
Do you run slicks during your races but soft R spec to qualify?

Patrick,

I have often run A6's for qualifying (2-5 laps). I have also run them for sprints when the temps are below 55oF (or so). I've never graduated to true slicks, my wallet doesn't want to go there.
