Emco cv46 sequential $28k, electronics to spark cut and blip throttle (built and developed by Speedsouth/Active power racing) $10k. Does not include install. Add $6k for paddle shift.
Slowest up shift recorded was 49 mil.sec. fastest was 45mil.sec.
wow ... $44K all said and done! That's pretty spendy but sure help in racing application. This should shave 2-3 seconds per lap depends on track
Club racing. Mostly NARRA and some NASA events. It would run SCCA spo class. Not built for pro racing although I think 2013 NARRA will have contingency money.
Very nice... I assume all the throttle blipping and ignition cuts are done through the controller automatically?
There are three different controllers that were all developed in house. To my knowledge no one has done this to the cv46 emco sequential in a corvette. Corvette Racing has done it but they use an Xtrack trans and they have lots of money and brain power.
Yep. More to come. Don't want to sidetrack this thread too much and we'll have it officially rolled out through proper RL channels with it for sale by a proper site sponsor.
