First Time at the Glen - Comments Welcome!
Spent the past 1 1/2 days with HCP at the Glen. Great event - What a blast! A total of 312 track miles, 9 sessions and 42.7 Gal of expensive fuel. It was my first time and any constructive comments are welcome. This is one of the "no traffic" laps:

That's a nice looking lap.
You might consider getting in sooner on 6 and getting power down earlier on 10.
Looked a bit early on 8 but I still think I'm too slow there and might be better trying your version.
What did Pete have to say? Your line looked a lot like what he and I were driving.

Rick, this is from the very last session after going out with Peter and I was looking to incorporate pretty much what he said. Thanks for the feedback! ... and great meeting you.

Nice driving, i was there but in group 1. Your car is really nice. I was in a red 996 turbo.
I think in one of the sessions, I was trying to follow Rick with the 993 (Jim the track steward told me you were in there with the pro driver coach) but too much traffic!

Hi rnh204
Saw you a few times; when Pete and I were out in Group 1, we tried to be polite and not surprise the novice drivers (it was after all their session). Our closing speeds were pretty fast.
Nice looking car you have, and well driven.
I still like red cars (my previous track car was a red 1984 Carrera).

also, be smart, see what speed you do there and what your chances are to walk out of there if you will make a mistake to meet with that wall.
also note in that video how driver prefers not to have left side wheels on any concrete in any turns except last one, i ended up driving same exact way. any car with big wing and proper front splitter would be able to do considerably better there, but if you have almost none or no aero at all - adjust all transitions to 'fast in' very gradually with N1 priority to be safe.
