Anyone have the weight of a Pankl GT3 conn rod please (3.6L)

Was looking for weights specific to the 3.6L 996 GT3. M96/76 etc.
My research suggests 421-428g. Although somebody just mentioned 381g in the GT3 forum.
If you have details on the 3 you are familiar with please provide.
