There's also a "gear" function in the math channels. And you set the min and max gear ("1, 5" in my case).

Below the math screen capture, you can see a plot of that channel. And below that, I've made an x-y scatter plot of RPMs vs Speed. This makes the gear charts we're used to seeing.

In this case, you can see that I only used 2nd gear once - at Monticello's Fish Hook. However, looking at some of my "low" RPMs in 3rd gear, I would have been better off using 2nd in other corners, too. (Well, "better off" is all relative, isn't it? This wasn't a race or anything...)

Thanks Van - you say that because revs fell below the 4k power band bound?

Looks like Van took the Auto-Ware Seminar. John's sessions are worth every penny!

Well, if you look at the 3rd, 4th and 5th traces, you see that there's no part of the "line" under the lower number gear - e.g. there's no 4th being used where it overlaps with 3rd. But there is 3rd being used that overlaps with the 2nd "line" - so I would have been in a better part of the power band to use 2nd more often, but instead I used 3rd.
