I don't get it. All I see is a raging fire on track and a guy gets out. I don't see you driving through or anything, just glad everyone dodged this one, looks very scary.

At the very beginning my car drives thru the fluid and and the fuel flash ignites in my front right fender well and travels down the side of the car and ignites the fireball at the back of the car.

It was very selfless and courageous of Jim Pantas to assist the other driver in getting out of the burning car. Surely saved the guy from serious injury or worse ...

I dunno, still looks like everyone dodged a bullet on this one.
First of all, I realize the need to get stopped fast, but why that blue Porsche stopped on the track when there was grass off to the right is the first error.
Then, a whole spin on how fantastic the safety crews are, which I'm sure they are, but it took a long time to get to that spot on the track, it's a good thing that guy helped the other get out.
Lastly, the guy didn't belt himself in properly, nearly cost him terribly.
Bottom line; our safety measures buy us time, even in a disaster, it can be just enough.
