If that's one of the workers, there's no way that this will be finished in 5 months! Can't see it happening anyway...but what are the contingencies? Somehow they'll have to pull it off.
From what I underderstand the V8s are not on the support act, but are going there sometime close afterwards. One of the V8 drivers was over in the US recently and toured the track saying it's going to be absolutely awesome. Similar to our Bathurst with all the elevations and blind corners.

I thought about general admission, but only being 5'6", it was way too risky. There's like a 99% chance that someone taller than me will stand right in my view. So I dished out the extra few bucks for Turn 5 seats.

Surely if we can do a PCA Grand Am support race at NJMP, we should be able to do one at the F1 race as well? Provided, of course, that we pay Bernie some seriously high entry fees?

I would seriously doubt it, F1 weekends are taken up by series such as Porsche SuperCup, Ferrari races, GP2, GP3.....there's no way a lowly PCA event would get tracktime, or could afford it.

That T1 looks a little interesting. No time to let the car settle after the top of the hill. Going to have to get onto the brakes before then with the momentum of the car still wanting to go upwards. Should be fun to watch!

Supercup, GP3, GP2, and Formula Renault 3.5 (VERY nice cars!) don't usually make the trip to North America--too expensive. So expect support races like the Ferrari Challenge, Historic Grand Prix, etc. Also remember that this race was scheduled rather late and then the date was changed. Most sanctioning bodies already have their 2012 schedules set so whatever support races there are will need to have flexible schedules during that time of the year.
