I would re-check ~3:49 on the clip. Although you say your redline is 7200, you seem to max out at 7500, seen several times. At that 3:49 reference point, you shift at 5200. Looks like an anomaly, but maybe that's what drew the comment. Also, it's a bit odd on the first laps where you shift down the hill prior to the front straight, only to coast and break. It might make more sense to hold your shift until you track out, but as you get faster, you'll probably need to make that shift anyway...
