Bowing to pressure, Porsche joins Hyundai in ending business with Iran
Wow, so if I go back to Iran, I can't get my Hyundai Sonata or my 996 dealer serviced. What a bummer!
Seriously, there are to opposing schools of thoughts re: economic sanctions. It puts pressure on the Govt. and associated entities (ie Revolutionary Guard) OR makes life harder for the common people further alienating them from the west. Thus playing right into the hands of the Govt.
Sad to see Porsche pulling out of Iran. Now where are the wealthy Iranians going to get there Porsche warranty work done?
