Why no enduros at LR anymore? I understand there are now 2 sprints but why not an enduro too? They were always real fun, and changed it up a little bit. Maybe friday afternoon instead of all those "fun" races?

It was fun when they had the 60 minute enduro. But I think it comes down to timing and scheduling. In the past, they've also had a "touring group" (advanced DE group) - so to make sure they get time, too, we don't do the enduro any more. (I also think the 60 minute enduro excludes some cars with small gas tanks, since refueling isn't allowed.)

The "fun races" and practice starts are part of the rookie candidate school... so they're not going to do away with those.
It was fun when they had the 60 minute enduro. But I think it comes down to timing and scheduling. Yea, no enduro killed this event for me.
Sprint races are like getting in to bed with Claudia Schiffer with all your clothes on.
Frankly I'd like to see PCA get rid of sprint races altogether and just run 60min minimum races, these cars are built for endurance after all. It is has been proven time and time again there are less incidences in enduros etc. so it seems like a no brainer to me.

Looks like 4 groups last year. Top E car ran a 59.293 best, and slowest of 1:07.6
Looks like I’ll be battling it out for the honored “the Goat” award!
