Yeah, exactly 2:19s (what Poetl run) is more like the potential of that ITC Cayman. Poetl was driving a GrandAm 911?

He was driving a Gen II Cayman. ITC rules state cars must weigh no less than 3k and have no more than 330 hp. Must run on R6 Hoosiers.

I believe he ran a low 2:22 during his stint, not bad considering he ran the set up of his co driver.

Well....don't be so hard on yourself. Remember that your MPH there is much higher in a 7Cup than his...

Right. I blow by full throttle in my Cayman on the braking points of the Cup. Its almost 20mph difference (my Cayman is slower than ITC since its a stock car with non DFI engine)

Yup, what Dave said. I am only carrying 125 or so at the bridge, (Boxter with about 230 hp at the wheels) and I brake about the same area as Randy does in this video, and am learning to brake even less when I do brake thanks to Dave's input from our coaching day together.

Yeah Randy is a great guy as well as a great driver. He co-drove the pinata with me at the ARRC at Road Atlanta in the enduro. Super smooth and always fast. Learned a lot. He has been doing it a long time, but still really loves the sport.

Help. I'd like to watch and learn but am I the only one who can't see the video from the original post? I've tried on my iPad2 and on my windows laptop. What gives?
Any suggestions to help me, the IT idiot?
