Two ladies in DE, both in intermediate run groups, plantiff had 8 DEs prior.

One ran in to the other, or caused an accident with the other somehow, a function of a brake issue (we're told).

One pissed off, sues, gets tossed out after ten years and a gazillion dollars.

What amazes me is the misinformation in these things (expert driver, race school, the entire brake issue, expert witness, etc.)...it's all bull****.

Really?
8 programs?
so that would be a White run group driver?

No, even worse -- lawsuit maintained she was a Black run group driver who dropped down to White for the second day of the event.

How about $150 for a 2 day Glen event? Those were the days.

Hoosier Daddy had it right....Ms. Lux (944S, hittee, plantiff) claimed to be the 8 race program driver. She expected to run black (advanced), but she shared the 944S with her husband...he ran black (advance) and then she was allowed to run white (intermediate).
