every automatic i've ever used for towing (F150, F250, 2500HD) i've changed the trans fluid (synthetic) and filter/screen every 30k miles.

do a search on the cayenne forum before ordering your brake controller. I do remember their being some issue with incompatibility with the 06 cayenne and the prodigy controllers.

They moved the brake switch from the cabin to the master cylinder.
Again, any issue involving towing/lighting/trailers with a P!g has been discussed in the P!g Pen.

Buy the prodigy wireless dealio. I got one and it is awesome. You can take it from vehicle to vehicle if need be. Plus, it does not need to be mounted. Mine goes in my glove box after I get it set up for the haul. I still get the LED error on my lights but they all work so...who cares.
