1999 Boxster project $2500
I have a 1999 Boxster project car I just don't have time for. I bought the car with a bad motor almost three years ago and have not touched it other than to drop the motor and tranny. I bought a good long block and planned to change over the peripherals and build it into a Spec Boxster. Time is not on my side. So I just want this out of my garage.
It is red with grey interior. The clear coat is checking on the fenders. I have perfect front and rear bumpers for it in yellow. I think I have an extra front bumper in dark blue or black. The tires are shot obviously but the wheels are good boxster twists.
The top's plastic window is torn. Otherwise I think everything is still there and in working order. Honestly, it has sat in my garage since I bought it. It had minor damage to the front and rear bumper covers so they are gone, thus the replacements. Airbags are good. Right now it is a roller but comes with a bad motor and presumably good 5 speed tranny and what I was told was a good long block.
Clean title. I really can't remember and didn't care since I was going to race/DE it anyway.
I am not interested in shipping as I have the motor and tranny on one pallet and the long block on another pallet. I'll send pics to those who are interested. The only ones I have are of the wing that is no longer on the car. Please be patient as the car is in the garage at my rental property.
I am pricing it to get rid of all of it. It is probably worth more as parts (long block and tranny have to be worth $2500 alone I would think). It would make a great parts car if you are so inclined or are racing and like having extras on hand.
