I am astonished at the poor tow ratings on the jeep trucks. I was looking to get a grand Cherokee but it tows less than my pathfinder. Never understood this.

My right foot only operates in binary.

The regular Jeep GC tows up to 7400 lbs

The SRT8 Jeep GC tows up to 5000 lbs

I just want to make sure you have the numbers right.....

What is you new tow vehicle?
Think this is illegal in all states as one is transmitting on a frequency and you do not have a license to do that. When you speed with tow truck it extra dangerous for everybody on road.

well, cops rely on a federal law that makes any 'radar' jammers illegal period, so then you will get into court and will have to fight it trying to prove that 'laser' jammer is not a 'radar' jammer and from what i wa told most judges go with police on this one and you may/will loose. unless you will hire an attorney, all in all for me it is just too much hassle to think about so i just use my V1.
all above was told to me by person who apparently knew what he was talking about. if all that was his personal BS i beleived into, well, what can i do?

If the police were not predatory and making a business out of ticket writing I would agree. However, they love to wait at the bottom of hills and have ticket writing parties for unsuspecting taxpayers. I give the government enough money every year. I don't need them hiding in the bushes trying to fleece me of a few more dollars on my way to work.

I spoke to Cliff at LI. He is willing to do a GB. I don't currently need any more LI equipment myself right now, but I would be happy to moderate this for you guys if you're interested. I've done a number of these for LI in the past so it's pretty easy for me.

If there is enough interest, I would just need someone to get permission from a mod here to post the GB to not violate any of the forum rules.

Speeding ticket revenues are on the rise, which has nothing to do with public safety.

Around here, I notice increasing numbers of grossly expensive police vehicles driven by cops armed with 40 mm autos, Tasers, tear gas, billy clubs, etc. Way too many cops. Way too much paranoia.

Valentine v1 radar detector is a good way to avoid them.
