Okay, I got my RR-TR-7 Race Ramps and they work perfect.

I had to remove the flap from the trailer ramp which is fine with me. But, now the counterbalance is too strong and the trailer door does not stay down. How do you adjust the counterbalance?

I figured it out. There are two spring tensioners that I had to remove a panel to get access to adjust. I backed the tension off a few turns and all is fine now.
