For example, if the race group is A-E class, the E class cars wouldn't be eliglible for those bonus points. And who is faster, E class or GT5 or SP3, etc??...

I think this is a good first draft, but I'm not sure one (1) page is going to do it.
For example: What about protests? Who can file them, how do they get filed, is there a time limit, tear down bonds, who makes the final ruling ???????
Would like to see out of zone points limited to two(2) events.
Keeps some body from cherry picking events.
In the NE SCCA there is a national race at NH called the "easy points national". Its the first race of the season its usually cold and the event is very lightly attended. So if you go and run half way decent its easy to get points.
When we were asked initially for our input I thought there was not sufficient national PCA cadre too run such events.
Those of you that run with other sanctioning bodies know there are all kinds of people running around in official/semi official capacities.I think I've been to PCA races where only 2-3 national PCA officils were present. I am not sure thats enough when you change PCA racing from a no trophy "celebration of participation" format to points racing for zone and national championships..Perhaps they have plans to solicit and train folks from the sponsoring region to help with officiating.I think they might need to.
Just my 2 cents.

hold on there are No trophies at PCA events??? man i gotta send mine back...granted VIR had no trophies this year (and was my first win of course) but am i missing that there is something up for grabs besides smack talk back up (besides rennpoints)
There will definately be some descrepencies as with anything when it first starts but i think its a step in the right direction and fullly support it. Grid girls would definately be nice but i think we should decide on a set bikini for said grid girls.
this is gonna make me want to run more races though.....and the wife want to divorce me..BUT Honey i can win, we have an anniversary every year !!!!!!

Question: PCA follows the 944 Cup rules for SP2. Cup says to score points you have to have a certified and sealed DME. So to score points with PCA do you have to have the sealed DME?
