I'm a PCA National instructor way down south in Texas and I get a newbie every track weekend - I'm sure PCA up at Mid-Ohio will take care of you. From the instructor point of view, newbies are usually fun and newbies usually have fun. One of the reasons is the progress jumps are so large and frequent, slashing tens of seconds off laptimes. Once you do this for a while, you will be celebrating knocking off tenths of seconds off laptimes.

Yes, Karen, after wringing the Mini out at Mid-O (even as slow as it is ) I don't wanna know about speeding in "normal" driving.....and yes, I kill for tenths (my tires, that is )
