"NOLA Motorsports Park is hosting the First Annual "Car"di Gras in conjunction with NASA Texas and NASA Mid South! Come on down to the Deep South to drive your car on the brand new NOLA Motorsports Park Road Course. Ring in the New Year while enjoying the New Orleans nightlife located just 14 miles from the track."

What are you going to be running?

I will be new to NASA so I'm not even sure what class I will be yet... SP2 944?

Spec 944 can run in a few different classes, I like GTS because it's more open, just power to weight ratio.

I will probably just be doing track support for my Miata and maybe some p cars.

She was just there for the essence festival, has no desire to go back. I will make it toNola, just maybe not till laterin the year. Won't spend new years without the family. Can't wait to see some videos though.

Looks like it will be gts1 I guess. I haven't been on a dyno or anything but it's stock power and 2600lbs for PCA SP2. I can't run spec 944 due to the aftermarket suspension....

GTS requires that you have a dyno chart prior to the race, otherwise you will be put in GTSU.

Yeah I was just looking at the rules. I guess there is plenty of time for that. I still have to get a license!! I wouldn't imagine that would be much trouble besides a few forms and fees, having a PCA license for 2 years now.

I plan on making this event, just not sure which car. Either the 996 in GTS4 or the 355C in ST2.
