Most racing organizations would ban Kyle for at least 1 year / then if they race again have 1 year probation (possibly permanently) for causing retaliatory contact like that (not just the next race). But, I guess when there's so much sponsorship money for everything from boner pills, to tampons, to roof tar, to white bread, to mayonnaise, etc. (products normally associated with racing and sports) the rules are a big gray area?

As others have said, appearing with a black eye, on national TV, would have been a much more effective punishment than parking him IMO...

If he's not careful, Busch could end up losing more than just participation in two races:

"The recent actions by Kyle Busch are not consistent with the values of M&M's and we're very disappointed," the statement read. "Like you, we hold those who represent our brand to a higher standard and we have expressed our concerns directly to Joe Gibbs Racing."
