Default Car carrier

I'm in the process of negotiating the purchase of a car in CA.

Can you give me some feedback on reliable carriers who can transport to NJ. About as long a trip as you can take.

I would want an enclosed trailer with the ability to also lug along the extra set of wheels and some other misc stuff.

A combination of reliability, reasonable cost and TLC are the key ingredients for me as I'm sure it would be for the majority of you.

For me,your personal hands on and true life experiences are preferred over hearsay reputation.

Thanks,
Tom B.

Tom, professionally I have vehicles transported coast to coast 30 to 40 times per year. I generally use either Reliable or Select One. Both have provided great service and goes the extra effort. What are you getting?

I have personally used DeMoise and Intercity. Both were great. I shipped extra wheels and tires with DeMoise.

Good luck

I had a great experience with Sunday Auto Transport out of Indiana when I bought my Cup.

I'll pile on for DeMoise. They shipped my Spec Boxster from New Jersey to Austin. Enclosed, pickup/delivery exactly on time, and excellent service overall. You deal directly with the owners. Highly recommended...

Another plus for Inter-City. They were very pleasant to work with, and gave frequent updates of the car.

Great Folks

Hi Tom

We used Thomas Sunday out of Kingsport PA when we brought the cup car in from Kansas. We had several heavy tubs of spares and 2 sets of wheels in addition to the cup car, and they were great to work with. Since they are from our neck of the woods they have a good schedule of being in the area and Tom was an SCCA guy who used to autocross with us in Philly... nice people, highly recommend

+1 on Reliable. Brother in the auto restoration and old car auction business and use these guys all the time for big $$ cars.

Also used Curves Ahead out of Kansas to have my TT transported out to CA (Reliable was out 2 weeks and I wanted my car... Very good experience - car arrived in perfect shape. Would definitely use again - www.curvesaheadtransport.com.

Used Intercity 2x. They were great. Also had good experience with Reliable. Looks like lots of good companies out there.
