I will sell her for $40k firm if it's gone by the end of the year....
Note that this car is only about 1 second a lap slower than my ex-ALMS 996 GT3R on our local short tracks around here.

Want a 3.4 996? I've seen (and heard) this car run at Cal Speedway. It's a monster cup beater that need a driver. I know you're keeping the new motor hours to a minimum, but you should bring this car out where buyers can see it's capabilities. It would sell quickly....

How about you buy it, take it out and show people what it can do to sell quickly? :-)

Seriously - $40k for a one FAST 911. Fresh GT3 cup engine and gearbox, full 935 suspension, JRZ 3 ways.
Don't believe the horror stories about cup engine maintenance. PMNA prices and maintenance recommendations for PRO racing are very far from the needs of club racing. In reality a GT3 cup engine is more reliable and cheaper to maintain than a race prepped air cooled 3.6 or 3.8 motor. It's just a GT3 street motor minus the variable cam timing!

Ok - so this car is still available. I have had a lot of people contact me about it, but no deal yet.
Some answers to common questions:
Is the car a "beast" to drive?
No! It is very well behaved and well setup. Is not prone to snap oversteer, hooks up the power extremely well and does not have any bad habits. The videos may look "exciting" but I am driving the car very hard and I have a tendency to saw at the wheel a lot (it is just my driving style). Go watch some of my other videos driving my 996 GT3R (which is an absolute joy to drive) and you will see similar "excitement."
Is it very expensive to run/maintain?
No! Pads and rotors are dirt cheap since they are 930 parts (much cheaper than 993 or 996 parts) and they last a long time because the car is so lightweight. I'm talking over a season on pads/rotors. Cup engines are extremely reliable and easily can go 100 hours between rebuilds. The rebuild is also not nearly as expensive as many might think. All the parts that need replacing at a refresh are off the shelf street GT3 parts. A rebuild at a good independent is no more expensive than a performance rebuild of a 993 engine. Gearbox is cup and also very reliable. Again this gearbox is very similar to any G50 and is not a nightmare.
If it's so great why are you getting rid of it?
We bought and restored an ex-ALMS 996 and cannot afford to keep both in terms of space/time/money. This car is cheaper and easier to run, and not all that much slower, but sometimes you've gotta move on to bigger, better and more expensive things!
I believe overall the car is a VERY good combination of speed and cost of operation. We are talking 996 cup speeds with lower maintenance bills (mainly brakes, etc) and less tuning/tweaking needed due to the simpler rear suspension design. No monster turbo motor to deal with, etc. Sure, it does not handle quite as balanced as a 996 cup, but with the huge tires, wide track and lightweight it is overall as fast/faster around a track. And if you can find a 996 cup with 3 hours on the engine, with 3 sets of wheels, in date fuel cell, and 3 way JRZs - BUY IT!

Performed compression and leakdown for a perspective buyer, on stone cold engine all cylinders between 3-6% (basically 0 on my gauge) and 220-225 psi.
