Many questions about the Daytona club race. YES it will happen. Registration will open 22 Aug at 9PM EST on clubregistration.net. Our 2006 title sponsor Brumos Porsche has returned to help with the event. Feedback from drivers about the new surface is great. There will be a 944 Cup within our run groups and we are toying with both a 90 min enduro for those that don't like sharing their race cars and something a bit longer for those with multiple drivers. More on that later.
If you have any question contact me via email at turbo91188@comcast.net. Hope to see all at our 5th annual Daytona Oktoberfast.

Allen,
As always, we will be there. And I am thinking about actually planning this earlier than he Wednesday before the event when you usually are always so kind as to let me in at the last minute.
We will be there with a few cars and have a few new customers coming to join PCA to make the event.
Thank you again for organizing this event!

There will be a nice contingent from Eurosport in Chicago. Allen, you've always been great about responding to questions, and your enthusiasm is reflected in the event. Really looking forward to it.

Great to hear so many from all over are planning on racing with us at Daytona. We had 260 in 2006 and would be happy with that number again. Let's make it happen.
Did I mention that we have a DE scheduled for advanced drivers. Already 56 signed up. And Bert my co-chair will have the Sat-Sun autocross at turn 4 infield. Once again, race registration will open on the 22nd (next Tuesday).

I've been thinking about signing up for this event with my old 996 Cup if it's out there by then, or renting a car if I could find one in time....

Mike, one of our sponsors, Autometrics out of Charleston always has a contingent of racers (12 in 2009) and occasionally cars for rent. Give Gordon a call at 843-697-9911.
Juan..bring it on I'll stay low.
