Is so much better than that contrived, uninvolving tripe soup known as Top Gear USA. They actually have guys who know about cars, and it's not a complete sausage fest every week. They're only missing a real driver.

I've watched the first four episodes back-to-back. The first one was every bit as bad as the first season of TG-USA. It got a little better, but overall, it's still pretty bad. Their gags/stories are cut too short. You don't get enough time to get interested in them. All four read from the teleprompters, although the basketball guy seems to have the upper hand in quips.
I'll give it a shot again, but after I watch tonight's episode, it could be the end.

Better than a sharp stick in the eye, but no TG (UK) or even FG (UK). Lose the jock and the web site guy, get a real driver, and reload for season two with less schlock. Chemistry is missing.
TG (US) is getting better this season, but Rutledge is still the odd man out (not in a May way) and Adam is trying too hard with sitcom humor to be funny (fail). Wish they (TG US) could have kept Carolla in the mix.

I am ready to give up the show. I had yesterday's show on DVR. Probably watch that and it probably will be my last unless it gets a little better. TG USA is really improving.

I think the cast is gelling and Carolla is pretty funny. As long as you don't hold it up to the TopGearUK standard, it's a good show. TopGearUS is a train wreck. Ditch the fat guy, put Carolla in his place.

I think it's on Speed. Tellingly, TopGearUS is on History, which is may soon be.
The difference between Top Gear US and Top Gear UK is exemplified by one thing. My wife and daughter, who are NOT car people, will watch and enjoy Top Gear UK. But last night while watching Top Gear US (thinking it was top Gear UK), they both hated it and asked what happened to the other hosts!

It's on speed channel. 10pm eastern on Wednesday nights.
I think this show is a lot more entertaining than top gear us. Still has a lot of room for improvement but so far as a first season, it is off to a much better start than top gear us was last season.

I think that Adam Carolla talks way too much - in fact it's not that funny with almost all his jokes. Top Gear USA is much better this season - maybe b/c they are doing lots of challenges and competitions which are the features I like the best (I don't watch the celeb in a cheap car - too boring for me). I am expecting thought that next season TG UK will challenge TG US.

I enjoy the show, I just think their segments are too short and shallow. I don't think it is comparable, nor is it even trying to compete with Top Gear UK. I love Dan Neil and Carolla, the other two are OK.

Saw the Car Show for the first time yesterday. Needs more gelling, slightly longer segments (they seem to rush to finish) but the whole Music/Choreography/production of the UK Top Gear just spoils me for the other shows. You don't often realize how much and how good the music is in the UK TG shows, until you see a show without any music.
Corolla and Salley were fun to watch. The "suit" seemed genuinely knowledgeable, but get me a more "car" guy like Brock Yates or DED (rip) who would have a strong opinion about a product. I need someone a bit polarizing or willing to rock the boat.
