wondering how durable they are compared to the OEM GT3 control arms...

I have these.. The build quality is EXCELLENT.
Can't say about "durability". Only the test of time can do that. But looking at both these and the Porsche versions I like these are batter.

did you get adjustable thrust bearings or non-adjustable version... wonder how much of a difference this really makes...

RSS makes really high quality parts that are all made in house. The only reservation that I have with these is that they might be too strong so in an accident they might damage the sub-frame, upright and or tub instead of just breaking off at the ball joint like the cast factory arms do.

i did put gt3 arms on my car. from price standpoint RSS stuff is great as it comes with steel monoballs in arms ends ($250 extra if you go with stock OEM) but i am paranoid about LCAs. OEM is tested and is build properly. RSS seems less heavy and less rigid. you never know until you actually test it and see what force it takes to brake them.
as of rubber 'boots' my mechanic says it does exact opposite - traps moisture inside and makes rod ends to die sooner. if you do not drive your car on a beach and get a lot of sand into monoballs they will be fine.

Speaking of boots on any rod ends.....I know for example Tartett sells boots for the rod ends on the rear toe links. I've been told not to use these and I've been told to use these.
I do not know how sealed off the Tarett boot ends really are. I know the factory rear toe link rod ends are sealed.
Anyone?

Thanks... the rain won't hurt them...it is the sandy grite, especially here in Florida that eats them away. I'm thinking of doing the boots but I've heard both ways to do them and not do them....so say they trapdi rt and others say you need them on a 50/50% street track car. Who really knows I guess
