If you've not driven Mosport, you must. Plus, it's a fun event.
A track like Bridgehampton used to be, closest thing I've seen.

I've heard a couple pro's described it as "high risk, high reward". Hope to go some day.

Actually, in the times that I was at Mosport, 3 or 4 now, I've not seen many wrecks at all. Nothing like the Glen, that's for sure!

+1 on the track. It's a real drivers track and you will love it. Fast is an understatement and this brings a new dynamic into the precision requirement as you will find with turns 1,2 and 4. I laugh to my self everytime I look into the entry of Moss Corner, feel like I am looking at a seen from Hogan's Heros or the Great Escape. With the clearing in the woods, the catch fence and the flag station tower it reminds me of a guard tower. Side note: if you have an RSR and the ability, seems you only need brakes at 3 places...........sweet. ALMS there this weekend. Good luck Mike and Carlos.

Paolo, talk to drivers with a similar set up as yours. In my 951 S 3.2 camber on the right corded the hell out of my inside right tire. I suspect rotating through Moss and dragging some through turn 8. Marcus Blazak who has 1000's of hours at this track sets up his 44's with 2.75 L and 2.65 R as an example, while not your ride.

Frank is right. I saw one big single car crash at turn 4 in a DE a few years ago. Last year's red run group had a couple on contacts, though I did not saw any of them myself.

It is simply an amazing track, imho.

Here for GT3 Challenge races and wish I was staying another week for PCA next week. Anyone who is thinking twice about doing Mosport should ABSOLUTELY do it! The coolest/scariest place all at the same time...

yeah it is an awesome track (my home track)
I am watching the ALMS and going to Porscheplatz tomorrow.
don't be fooled I have seen many cars crash here (more than at the glen), often trying to save it when running wide on the exits. they say the Glen is unforgiving but Mosport is much more so.
you should definitely come if you are considering it.

+1 Seen some bad ones at at Mosport. The Glen at least has some paved runoff and decent tire barriers now. That being said, its one of my favorite tracks and I'll run it whenever I can.

Did the second PCA race of my career there back in 1999. Loved it then and love it now. It's a great track that has everything to offer and the people are great. Don't give it a second thought, just go. I wish I was.
