Jordan is really a top guy and his support is exceptional. People always want more no matter what 
but it is really great to have a guy like Jordan always available to assist with any possible issues, it makes a lot of difference. Even if sometimes we can drive him a bit crazy.

If you got the RAM mounts, did you try the long arm. Looks like you are using the standard arm.

YES.... Mine worked perfectly for 5 months then started producing a shaky video. AIM replaced it with a brand new one (great service) but it also shakes oveer 5k RPM's. It's on a BK mount and very tight. Frustrating.....

Thanks for the kind words guys.
On mounting, make sure the camera is not "out on a ledge". Keep it in a vertical orientation as much as possible.
You can also try our anti vibration mount. this will absorb most of the vibration. It aint pretty but it does help a lot.

Jordan when I down loaded the new smarty cam software the new tracks did not show up in the smarty cam or in the smarty manager. Is there something special I need to do?

Thanks, that did the trick. Is there anyone out there who is putting together a library of the tracks not listed so that when one of us gets all of the required data for a track we can upload it to the site?
