Wow, what an accident. #3 Audi into & over the fence after contact with a Ferrari. McNish is out and walking, no word on the photographers & others in the debris field.

Last year that would've been an open top car.

Good lord. It's a long race, why was McNish so impatient at this point of the race?
One Audi is out... Thank goodness Allan appears to be OK.

I saw it as the Ferrari coming back on line without seeing McNish there. I think the Audi had the grip to pull off the corner if the GT stayed wide.

after seeing the replay over and over, even if alan passed the ferrari he had two porsches in front of him, im not a professional by any means but to me that was a dumb move. Im glad he is ok but he also put his fellow competitors in a bad situations as well.

Is Audi blaming the other driver?

man that was hard to watch but thankfully McNish walks away.

should he not have attempted the pass? yes he should have but the cardinal rule is the slower drivers hold line and the faster guys figure how to get around.

If I was any of those guys on the opposite side of the wall I'd be on next flight to Monte Carlo.

It's obvious that McNish should've checked up, a low percentage dive-bomb was ill advised.
So glad he's ok but really worried that someone got hurt, no word yet. There's a tire still bouncing around at the end of the clip in the photog area.
