Online registration is open for the 944 Cup race at Mosport on June 25-26. Registration and event details are at:

Basically, anyone with a 944 or front engine Porsche with a CASC or PCA comp license and log book can race in this event.

Wanted to emphasis that for the first time in the history of the series, we will had a third class for this event. This will be an Open Class which allows for unlimited modifications, while still requiring a current log book from PCA, NASA, SCCA or CASC. So if you have a front engine Porsche, other then a Cayenne, you can race at this event.

This is a Pro event being held as part of the Vortex 200 Canadian NASCAR series. The 944 Cup will have a separate run group with 75 minutes of track time per day.

$385 per car for early registration. A driver or a Team entry is the same price. Normal registration will begin on May 25, 2011, at the price of $425

We need a minimum of 30 cars!!! Come on' guys, lets register!

It would be nice to have the SC and Open cars start from the back of the pack. Would make for more action. For them at least.

For the Mosport event, Hardent Inc has arranged for a big tent set-up in our paddock area. There are 10 (ten) 15’x10’ spots available for the week-end for 250$ per spot. This includes catering (for 3 lunches), drinks for the week-end (water, soft drinks and coffee), compressed air and electricity.

Catering and drinks are included for one person, it’s 50$ per additional guest.

The tent will also serve as the 944cup central for meetings and other gatherings.

Add one more driver, Rennlister Cris Brady, the great American hope to get in the way of the Canadian onslaught as he is the only U.S driver to have turned a lap at Mosport.
