A friend in a ~120HP (?) Suzuki Swift from rent4ring a couple of weeks ago hanging with a 997GT2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2k96xTVaJ0o. Jump to 3:00 mark. (Iphone with Harry's lap timer, if you're curious about the video/data setup.) His overall best for the day was 8:48.

8:48 in a Swift is BA. At full throttle he lost 10mph on the way up to Steilstrecke.

The GT2 had an interesting line.

He's got a ~500HP S2000 he campaigns in SCCA ITE out here, I'm sure the dropping speedo needle on a straight was confusing for him.............
