You folk have fun this weekend. I'm forced to miss it in favor of 8 days on Maui - I have such a hard life. I'm hoping to make the Buttonwillow PCA race (if work doesn't get in the way).

Deb - it's almost time to get that track only car so Pete can move on to racing and you can start getting ready for that too.

I think that it is good that you are aware enough to be conscious of your breathing. That is a good sign, Sometimes its hard for us to tell whats going on over in the left seat. I think it is important to be aware of and work on techniques that help you reach a calm and relaxed state. You make better decisions when relaxed. I remember before my first race, I was so relaxed sitting on the grid i felt like I could take a nap. It was all vary clear to me at the start of the race.
