He isn't. This was a Texas tax tourism incentive thing. The idea is that if you bring a big sporting event to Texas, it will generate sales and similar tax revenue. The program pays a share of that increased revenue to the host community, which can use the funds to try to land the big event. It has been used in the past for the Super Bowl, Final Four, etc.

Gee, I thought the civil rights act was all about equality, but that only proved that some have to pay more for those who do less, or nothing. Don't make me laugh Mr. Self-Righteous. Under the guise of "Equality", most of the so-called "aggrieved" are actually looking for "Control".

The expression on Danika's face is that of a person worried that she is being found out, that she can't live up to the hype that has been heaped on her, and that she can't deliver on the expectations that the media had for her.
