what is the specs of the Evo? I noticed it was 15 seconds off the pace of the GT cars . problems, or is the car unfarly restricted

First outing with the car.
No testing was done on the car.


Needs time on the DYNO, and IMHO, it is VERY VERY HEAVY per the rules.

Kind of what I was thinking.
I remember when Kent Jordan was going to run his car (Evo 8) in WCGT, it was heavy and had way too much HP for their likings. the restrictions were gong to be prettty stiff. I think the subaru had the same issues.
