great track and facility, IMHO it is a silly idea to expect to be successful in the future with having only "members"

Unfortunate that they've limited club days, hopefully that will change in the future.

 

From what I've heard, speaking with MMC about scheduling a private event, they will no longer be offering days for car clubs. The only way to get on that track now, as I've been told, is 1- join, 2- have an "executive event" (instructional day with the CTS-Vs), or 3- private rental (race teams for testing).

I believe I will be starting a...um..."race team" some time in the next few weeks and will need to rent the track for my "teammates"....

Bob, do you think you can seriously arrange an event? I have some medical Rennlister friends that surely would like to attend. Not sure if they can present their medical licenses, but surely can turn a wheel!

I figure 20 guys and we can rent the South course for $350 each...for "race testing". Full course is twice the price.

Is June 2 too soon? I was going to Kojote NJMP and it got cancelled. I'd be up for going in on the full track if available.
